Nutrition Week

In our school, Nutrition Week is observed to create awareness about healthy eating habits and the importance of a balanced diet in our lives. Good nutrition is not just about eating enough — it is about eating right. A healthy diet helps students stay active, concentrate better, and perform well in studies and sports.

On the occasion of Nutrition Week, Monisha Choudhury of Grade 8 presented her views and shared very valuable information about the importance of nutrition. She also spoke about taking a pledge to eat healthy, avoid junk food, and adopt healthy habits for a healthy life.

The theme for this year’s Nutrition Week was “Nutritious Food for All – from Children to the Elderly.”

As part of the celebration, the school planned a Healthy Food Activity, where each student brought a nutritious item from home. The school also distributed badam milk to all students, making the event both educational and enjoyable.
